We now have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Breakfast Sous Chef with a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen. This role will be looking after the breakfast operation in a busy hotel averaging 600 covers a day and leading a team of 2.

As a Breakfast Sous Chef, you will receive:

  • Salary: £34,080 plus service charge

The ideal candidate for the Breakfast Sous Chef role will:

  • Be fanatical about standards and genuinely care about the quality of the food they prepare
  • Build excellent relationships with kitchen and front-of-house team members to keep everything running smoothly
  • Share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment and Care
  • Have previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef
