Administrative Assistant at MEGA


About the role:

The suitable candidate would be responsible for administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include liaising with the marketers, and providing support with customer communications across our shows. There would also need to be support given to the office manager with administrative aspects including booking staff travel, and managing expenses.


Required Skills:

  • Attention to Detail
  • Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace Applications (Google Sheets / Google Docs)


Preferred Experience (Not Required):

  • Passion for the entertainment / music industries


Job Duties

  • Handling the amendment and refund of tickets to customers
  • Answering customer communications across our portfolio of shows
  • Collaborating with the marketing department to develop methods for handling issues
  • Book travel arrangements for staff
  • Submit expense reports
  • Assist the office manager with ad-hoc tasks


Salary:

£27,000 / yr


Working Conditions:

  • This is a full-time, permanent position
  • The role will be based at our office in North Acton, London
  • Working hours are 10:00 – 18:00 / Monday to Friday
