Driven, audacious, sophisticated, and entrepreneurial leaders, professionals and academics with a passion in this field to join us as General (Equity) Partners. As a partner, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise, network, and deal-making skills to contribute to our overall success. You'll be part of a collaborative team across multiple operating subsidiaries that share resources, knowledge, and a passion for achieving outstanding results.

Multidisciplinary Partner Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to:


Business/Project Development Partners:

Senior Leadership ensures clear coordination and timely delivery of milestones across the diverse team.


Product Management:

Core team including product manager, UX/UI Designers, Software Developers (Front-end and Back-end), and QA Engineer.


Experienced Yacht Brokers and/or Senior Positions held in the past.


Analysts:

Actively identify and evaluate projects across the yachting industry. Collect, analyse, and interpret data to generate insights that inform development and marketing strategies.


VC Fund Manager:

Lead fundraising initiative, due diligence process, negotiate terms, and manage the closing of fundraising transactions needed for growth, development, and business expansion.


Building Relationships:

Cultivate strong relationships with clients, vendors, lenders, and other industry stakeholders.


General Counsel (Partner):

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, IP protection, and contract negotiations for licensing.


Collaboration:

Contribute to the team's collective knowledge and expertise by sharing insights and best practices.


Ideal Candidate:


Proven track record in roles aforementioned, yachting, yacht broking, and luxury asset investments or a related field with a strong network and deal flow. App Developers, AI & Blockchain experts, CRM developers with an Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for achieving results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Multilinguals preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience or interest in this field is a plus.
