Role Description


Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager and Influencer Recruiter to join our team on an independent contractor basis. In this dual role, you will be responsible for driving revenue and growth through the management of TikTok accounts and recruiting influencers to join the programmes in place with TikTok.


Key Responsibilities:


TikTok Account Management

  • Manage and optimise TikTok accounts to drive engagement and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute TikTok marketing strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
  • Create and curate engaging TikTok content that resonates with target audiences.


Influencer Recruitment:

  • Identify and recruit TikTok influencers to join our programmes and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with influencers to create engaging and effective content in alignment with our brand and goals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers to ensure successful partnerships.


Revenue Generation:

  • Work to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets for each TikTok account.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients to increase account profitability.


Performance Metrics:

  • Focus on maximising "Total Sales Revenue Generated per TikTok Account" and "Influencer Engagement and Conversion Rates" as key performance metrics.
  • Consistently track and report on performance metrics to demonstrate results.


Client Engagement:

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on account performance.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.


Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable TikTok policies and guidelines.
  • Abide by all relevant laws and regulations, including employment and labour laws in the United Kingdom.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in TikTok account management, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in TikTok Live and TikTok Shop programs.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok's platform and features.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.


Compensation:

This position offers a commission-based compensation structure, with the following commission rates:


  • 20% for net revenue up to £16,000 per month on each TikTok account.
  • 25% for net revenue exceeding £16,000 but up to £40,000 per month on each TikTok account.
  • 30% for net revenue exceeding £40,000 per month on each TikTok account.
