About you:

As Ecommerce Manager, you will ensure their online retail health brand reaches its full potential through DTC, TikTok and Amazon channels. You will have a head for numbers, an eye for detail, as well as an understanding and appreciation for the more creative elements of online retail. Decision making will be based on data and insights, and experience around CRO is a must. You will not only be leading through your own achievements, but working more widely across the business and with external partners to ensure that our trading plans are delivered. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and always strive to achieve the best results


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver the online trading and on-site merchandising strategy to maximise revenue/profitability and deliver best in class customer experience.
  • Accountable for the overall trading performance (revenue and profit) of their Shopify store.
  • Define and deliver the on-site merchandising strategy in line with the trading plan, ensuring the right products are featured at the right time and place to maximise revenue/profitability and deliver the best possible customer experience
  • Oversee regular site audits and testing, ensuring all products, pricing & promotions are executed correctly
  • Ownership of website KPIs (Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, Average Order Value etc) and responsible for the regular reporting of the website (s) trading performance, providing detailed analysis of key business metrics and clear actions where required
  • Use analytical tools to provide insights and identify areas of opportunity and drive performance and implement accordingly
  • Provide solutions and action plans in response to any trends or issues found when performing data analysis.
  • Continually look for ways to drive AOV and other core trading metrics.
  • Produce trading and ecommerce reports with clear recommendations and actions.
  • Work with our marketing team and partners to obsess over SEO and can ensure technical recommendations are actioned in a timely manner.
  • Keep a keen eye on their competitors and online retail market trends.


Skills & Knowledge:

  • 5+ years within ecommerce or trading
  • Track record growing eCommerce businesses
  • Commercially savvy, forward-thinking, incredibly pro-active and have the agility to be re-active where necessary
  • Strong online trading and merchandising experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills are a must
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience of managing agency partners
  • Strong competency with GA4 to analyse and build reports on the website performance
  • Proven track record of growth with a performance driven mindset.
  • Analytical/great with numbers and can interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  • Naturally inquisitive and a passion for great user experience
  • Digital marketing knowledge, particularly around SEO and content marketing.
  • Personable and a team player.
