The Role:
We are working for a leading real estate company who are looking for a Company Secretarial Assistant to join their team in London.
This role will provide company secretarial, meeting management and corporate governance services at a senior qualified level to the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file (via Diligent Entities or the Companies House web and online filing portals) confirmation statements and other event-driven statutory returns for the UK incorporated entities.
- Draft routine and assist with drafting complex board minutes/director resolutions and shareholder resolutions to approve corporate transactions outside of scheduled meetings; and maintain the minute books.
- Lead for the function on handling and responding to banking-related and transaction-related information requests and KYC requests.
- Assist with the preparation and release of London Stock Exchange announcements and updating the website.
Requirements:
- UK Corporate Governance Institute qualified or part qualified (min. 2 years’ relevant experience).
- Operates to a high professional standard with integrity, accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to work to tight and competing deadlines.
- Experience within a listed company.
