About the Role:

As a PMO Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of project management activities. You will be involved in supporting a diverse range of projects and programmes, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation to ensure successful outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and track project demands, providing updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain governance controls and document management systems.
  • Track delivery milestones, resource utilisation, and escalate gaps.
  • Prepare reporting materials and coordinate internal and client meetings.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 Years experience in a PMO Analyst role.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proficiency with tools like MS Teams and SharePoint.
  • Experience in a PMO role managing projects, tracking milestones, and reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and communication abilities.
