About the Role:
As a PMO Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of project management activities. You will be involved in supporting a diverse range of projects and programmes, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and track project demands, providing updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain governance controls and document management systems.
- Track delivery milestones, resource utilisation, and escalate gaps.
- Prepare reporting materials and coordinate internal and client meetings.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 Years experience in a PMO Analyst role.
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency with tools like MS Teams and SharePoint.
- Experience in a PMO role managing projects, tracking milestones, and reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and communication abilities.
