HR Manager - Renewable Energy Company

Key Responsibilities


Recruitment and Talent Acquisition


Oversee the entire hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.

Manage smooth onboarding for new hires and offboarding processes for departing employees.

Partner with hiring managers to ensure the right talent is brought into the organization.


Performance Management


Develop and conduct performance reviews and assist in goal-setting initiatives.

Create and manage recognition programs to enhance employee engagement and motivation.


Compensation and Benefits


Design and maintain competitive salary structures.

Administer employee benefits programs and handle periodic compensation reviews.


Legal Compliance


Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Draft and manage employee contracts.

Implement and communicate policies to align with legal and organizational standards.


HR Policy Development


Create and update HR policies to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.

Communicate policies effectively to all employees.


Health and Safety


Promote workplace safety and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations.

Develop initiatives to support employees' mental and physical well-being.


Office Management


Oversee day-to-day office management and operations.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth administrative processes.


Qualifications and Experience


Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an HR role (experience in the energy industry is preferred).

Strong understanding of HR principles, labor law compliance, and employee relations.

Proven ability to handle recruitment, performance management, and office administration.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
