We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Account Director to join our team at an exciting time here at Marston Holdings.


Reporting to the Director of Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our valued clients, identifying opportunities for new business, and cross-selling our range of services to our existing clients.


Please note, this role will require travel both to Marston offices and client sites.


What you will be doing:

• Managing a portfolio of client accounts through the entire lifecycle

• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements and expectations

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts or target markets

• Monitoring and analysing account performance, providing reports to senior management

• Meeting agreed targets, KPIs and objectives

• Attending client meetings and events, effectively presenting the range of products and services we provide


What we are looking for:

• Strong, in-depth knowledge of the public sector, particularly Local and Central government

• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail

• Highly effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly

• Excellent organisation and time management skills

• Demonstrable experience of success in working within client services

• Demonstrable experience of achieving objectives and hitting targets/KPIs
