Role: HR Partner

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Location: Hybrid / Blackwood

Contract: Full time, permanent


Reporting into the Head of People, you will work closely with managers within the organisation, providing comprehensive HR advice and support to ensure best practice people management.


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Offer expert guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, recruitment, and absence management.
  • Work closely with managers to identify and address the workforce impacts of business initiatives.
  • Partner with managers throughout the entire recruitment process, from advertising and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are fully compliant with current legal standards.
  • Promote culture change by implementing effective staff engagement and well-being initiatives.
  • Contribute to HR projects across the organisation.


What you'll need:


  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent related qualification
  • Extensive experience within a generalist HR role
  • Demonstrated experience of dealing with complex HR casework including redundancy/TUPE
  • Excellent up to date knowledge of employee legislation
  • Ability to work autonomously with responsibility for your own workload
  • Customer focused approach with the ability to build strong relationships
