Wholesale Manager

Elite have partnered with an inconic wellbeing and skincare brand, to support on the hire of a commercial and experienced Wholesale Manager to join the team.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive sales and revenue growth for the brand. The Wholesale Manager will manage key accounts including Boots and John Lewis, develop new business opportunities, and oversee the overall commercial performance of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the brand's market presence
- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with retail partners and distributors
- Analyse market trends and consumer behavior to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on commercial objectives and initiatives
- Forecast and ensure targets are effectively set and communicated to the wider business with the support from the wider team in order to ensure these are met
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Stay up to date on industry developments and best practices to drive continuous improvement
