Salary: £62,500+ depending on experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver the change management activities for Financial Planning and Analysis impacted audiences
  • Develop the strategy for business change across FP&A and collaborate with other change teams to optimise alignment
  • Ensure business change management plans are properly integrated with the FP&A Vision and objectives
  • Conduct business change activities on complex projects including; Business Change Complexity Assessment, Healthcheck, Impact Assessment and Business Readiness Assessment. Perform analysis of results and identify required interventions
  • Input into the programme change plan and deliver the change management activities that support the Change Management Strategy
  • Report on change targets to demonstrate transformation engagement and successful change outcomes
  • Act as an ambassador for the programme

Your skills and experiences:

  • In-depth knowledge of business change management (e.g., ADCAR, PROSCI) with proven experience in managing change initiatives
  • Comprehensive understanding of Finance, especially FP&A
  • Experienced in building effective relationships and negotiating with internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Qualified Accountant – CIMA would be advantageous

The Financial Planning and Analysis Team:

Join our innovative team at BAE Systems in the Finance Modernisation business, working on the exciting Ad Astra Project.
