Front of House Manager vacancy in London, CITY. To 50k plus bonus. This is a corporate role - working Monday to Friday in an corporate building in Mayfair. If you have supervised / managed within a Hotel, Private Members Club, Cabin Crew or Restaurant then this could be for you. Working 5 days a week. No nights. No weekends. Standard Hours. 25 days holiday plus bank hols. AMAZING opportunity in a very successful expanding firm.

We are looking for a manager with a hunger to achieve and impress, someone with experience in people management, working in a 5* setting.


Duties:

Client Experience Management: Conduct regular client service reviews to ensure high service levels are maintained. Address client complaints promptly. Manage pre-move-in and pre-move-out meetings with clients, handling associated tasks and inventories.

Operational Efficiency: Assess available resources to ensure operational efficiencies. Conduct audits for Health and Safety, Fire, and other Risk Assessments. Review and enhance all internal operational processes. Continually evaluate operations and recommend improvements.

Communication and Reporting: Attend regular operational meetings with staff across the portfolio. Report directly to the Operations Director on performance and operational matters. Attend viewings from an operational perspective.

Team Management: Ensure your Assistant Manager is fulfilling their roles and responsibilities effectively.

Financial Management: Take responsibility for revenue and budgeting. Oversee and manage pre-billing checks, dilapidations, and deposit returns. Manage billing, debt chasing, and other financial matters with clients.

Human Resources: Oversee basic HR functions for site staff, including disciplinary actions, performance management, and probation reviews.
