As an Account & Success Manager, your role is dynamic and multifaceted, offering a wealth of exciting challenges:


  • You will guide and support a diverse portfolio of approximately 20 clients, including renowned players in e-retail, media, and leisure industries, contributing to their success.
  • Regularly analyzing client activities, you will identify opportunities for development in alignment with their strategic CRM objectives.
  • Your responsibilities encompass understanding client needs and advocating for their requests for enhancements.
  • With a deep understanding of each client's business, you will proactively identify growth opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell strategies.
  • Providing strategic counsel, you will play a pivotal role in bolstering their growth plans.
  • Ensuring the seamless execution of contracts, including billing and invoicing, will fall under your purview.
  • Collaborating closely with the Marketing Activation Specialist, you will take operational ownership of Business Reviews for your client portfolio.
  • Your approach to analysis and recommendations will be proactive, driving value for clients.
  • Contributing to the optimization of internal processes, including client onboarding, user guides, and support, is integral to your role.
  • Your active participation in ACTITO events and industry exhibitions, such as webinars and conferences, will further enrich your role.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree with a focus on marketing/digital marketing.
  • Your mother tongue is English, the ability to speak French is considered a plus
  • Previous experience in CRM/email marketing as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager.
  • Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset.
  • Valuing teamwork and a willingness to share knowledge with colleagues.
  • Curiosity and a keen interest in technology, especially in the realm of digital marketing.
  • A readiness to take on responsibilities and proactively initiate actions.
  • A strong sense of precision and attention to detail.
