- Customer Advocacy: Understand and anticipate customer needs, working tirelessly to make our customers successful.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and address potential issues within accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure swift resolution.
- Strategic Contribution: Play a pivotal role in driving company goals, contributing to growth and profitability targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Customer Success/Account Management: Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of owning, growing, and maintaining key accounts.
- Client Management: Experience managing a portfolio of 10-40+ clients.
- Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
- Tech Savvy: Passionate about digital technologies, including CRM systems and Marketing Automation.
- Sales/Consulting (Desirable): Experience in sales, consulting, or other client-facing roles.
- Industry Experience (Desirable): Familiarity with SaaS, e-commerce, or technology sectors.
- Language Skills (Desirable): French language proficiency is a plus.
