Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Oversee assigned accounts, focusing on driving renewals and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Leverage existing relationships to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring their continued success.
  • Product Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of the company's products and services, effectively educating clients and addressing their needs.
  • Account Monitoring: Proactively monitor client accounts, providing valuable insights and anticipating potential challenges.
  • Collaborative Marketing: Partner with the Marketing team to develop compelling customer testimonials and referrals.
  • Customer Advocacy: Understand and anticipate customer needs, working tirelessly to make our customers successful.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and address potential issues within accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure swift resolution.
  • Strategic Contribution: Play a pivotal role in driving company goals, contributing to growth and profitability targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Customer Success/Account Management: Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of owning, growing, and maintaining key accounts.
  • Client Management: Experience managing a portfolio of 10-40+ clients.
  • Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
  • Tech Savvy: Passionate about digital technologies, including CRM systems and Marketing Automation.
  • Sales/Consulting (Desirable): Experience in sales, consulting, or other client-facing roles.
  • Industry Experience (Desirable): Familiarity with SaaS, e-commerce, or technology sectors.
  • Language Skills (Desirable): French language proficiency is a plus.
