Our client is a renowned city law firm, known for providing top-quality legal services to a wide range of public and private clients. They are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive working environment where everyone can thrive.


We are looking for an organised and proactive PMO Co-ordinator/Lead to join our client's project team. This role is crucial to the success of their major office relocation, due to complete in Q4 2025. As the lead tenant of a 156,000 sq ft space, the role involves coordinating various workstreams and ensuring clear communication across all involved parties.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage the project’s document structure in iManage DMS, ensuring all relevant files are easily accessible.
  • Oversee key PMO tasks, including reporting, risk management, issue tracking, and maintaining project timelines.
  • Work closely with teams from Property and Workplace, Communications, Technology, and Change Management, as well as external suppliers, to keep the project on track.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports, maintain risk registers, and ensure decision logs are up to date.
  • Organise and prepare for key project meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong background in PMO roles, particularly in large office relocations and fit-out projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio, with experience in document management systems like iManage.
  • Relevant project management qualifications (e.g., P3O, PRINCE2, MSP, PMI PMP, APMP).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
