Purpose: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Success Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring that new consultants are effectively onboarded and equipped with all the necessary tools to perform their roles. This role focuses on engagement and support, guiding new consultants from their initial induction through to their full integration within the firm. Additionally, the Success Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying and supporting consultants with low financial performance, providing tailored strategies and resources to enhance their productivity and success.


Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding New Consultants

  • Coordinate and facilitate comprehensive onboarding programmes for new consultants.
  • Ensure new hires have access to all necessary resources, including technology, training materials, and organisational tools.
  • Provide detailed orientation sessions covering company policies, procedures, and culture.

Support and Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new consultants during their onboarding period.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to assess and address any concerns or challenges.
  • Foster a supportive and welcoming environment, promoting engagement and motivation.

Client Matter Management

  • Assist new consultants in successfully opening and managing client matters.
  • Provide training on best practices for client interactions and matter management.
  • Monitor progress and offer guidance to ensure client matters are handled efficiently.

Training and Development

  • Develop and deliver training sessions on various aspects of the consultant role.
  • Identify skill gaps and provide targeted training to address these areas.
  • Encourage continuous learning and professional development.

Integration and Embedding

  • Support new consultants in building relationships within the firm.
  • Facilitate introductions to key team members and departments.
  • Assist in the development of a personalised integration plan to help new hires become fully embedded in the firm.

Revenue and Engagement

  • Analyse the performance metrics of existing consultants to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Implement tailored strategies with consultants to boost their client instructions.
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching focusing on maximising billing and correct application of add on’s.
  • Provide personalised support plans to help embed them within the firm and ensure high levels of brand engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with new hires and existing team members.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A proactive and supportive approach, with a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Familiarity with client matter management systems and processes.
  • Ability to deliver engaging training sessions and presentations.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position with standard working hours, 9am to 5om Monday to Friday.
  • Flexibility may be required to accommodate the needs of new consultants and the firm.
  • Predominantly office based.
