Group Marketing Manager – Building Services/Engineering – Salary up to £55k + benefits

Our client are a successful group with a number of businesses across building services, property, engineering and the facilities management sectors. They continue to expand and are looking to bring on board a Group Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function across the group in this new stand-alone role. This is a hybrid role, working 4 days per week in their central London office (1 day from home), working within a friendly, ambitious and successful organisation.


As Group Marketing Manager, you will be reporting into their supportive COO and will have lots of autonomy to develop the groups brand and marketing strategy, identifying customer needs as well as high-opportunity clients and forming marketing strategy around this to cross sell across the various businesses within the group. This role will give you fantastic variety across a wide range of marketing activities and you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on this growing business ensuring a cohesive approach. Our client is looking for a Marketer with a strategic, hands-on approach and the ability to work well with a variety of internal stakeholders.


What do I need?

  • A strong track record of delivering brand strategy across multiple companies/brands in a group setting
  • Ability to work in partnership with multiple business types and internal departments.
  • Experience of devising and launching successful marketing strategies and initiatives
  • Proven ability to generate ROI from Digital marketing activities
  • Agency management experience
  • Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to build customer knowledge within multiple sectors
  • Around 5 + years in a lead marketing role from a group setting where there has been cross-sell experience
