We are an award-winning start-up, recently part of Lloyds Launch 24 and Santander X 100, recognised as a leader in digital innovation.
To aid our next phase of growth, we are looking to bring on board a Growth Marketer as part of a series of new hires to complement our driven, passionate (and fun) team and impactful organisation.
We are looking for a strategic but hands-on digital marketeer, who has demonstrable experience in managing marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM and SMM.
Responsibilities include:
- Take responsibility for digital acquisition campaigns, keeping tabs on our performance, constantly optimising, monitoring and increasing return on campaign spend
- Explore and test new channels and growth tactics; measure A/B tests across paid campaigns
- Execute and manage PPC, retargeting and paid social activity
- Configure our platform for search, ensuring that our platform is fully optimised and that keywords and tags align to bring organic traffic to the site
- Ensure our landing pages and wider website are designed to maximise conversions. Utilise web analytics to understand customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve them
- Identifying other opportunities to generate inbound traffic, particularly in relation to links, referrals, social media channels and other third party sites
- Coordination of outbound campaigns and remarketing, writing creative ad copy in line with best practice and the brand tone of voice.
Requirements:
Essential:
- 4+ years of hands-on SEM, SMM and SEO social experience
- A mix of creative and analytical skills with strong action/ execution bias
- Strong technical and analytical skills – the person needs to know their way around Google ads, Social media advertising (esp Meta/TikToK) and analytics
- Past results – an understanding and readiness to share information about how they significantly grew users/revenues
- Hands-on - ability to problem proactively and adept with social media, content creation, email segmentation, A/B testing etc
Good to have:
- A relevant degree, relevant to performance/growth marketing or analytics
- Technologically adept (ability to work with our front end e.g. to make changes to tags, key events, conversion funnels and analytics).
Salary: £30k - £35k dependent on qualifications and experience.
Core Hours: 37.5hrs/week. Days/hours by agreement. Could potentially start on a P/T basis.
Location / Working Arrangements:
- Based in Sussex or London
- Hybrid working – with 2-3 days a week in London co-working space (Clerkenwell)
