This role is pivotal to our ambitious global marketing strategy, designed to elevate our people, brand, and services. The ideal candidate will lead a comprehensive marketing program, mentoring the team and collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and maintain our high-performing, transparent, and people-centric culture.

We will be seeking a marketing professional with experience within Demand Generation activities.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Design and deliver a global digital marketing strategy aligned with key business objectives. This includes selecting the channel mix, managing budgets, and utilizing technology and content for B2B, B2C, and employer brand marketing.
  • Content Marketing: Take strategic ownership of our brand’s content marketing efforts. Collaborate with the Content Executive to execute strategies across all external channels, including research, measurement, optimization, and improvement.
  • Data Utilization: Leverage existing customer data for automated lead nurturing, retention, and up-selling, enhancing customer journey and engagement.
  • Campaign Management: Create and execute engaging campaigns to generate leads and improve commercial results. Coordinate online and offline customer journeys to acquire and nurture leads.
  • Performance Optimization: Use data tracking and analysis to optimize campaigns. Assess content quality, audience effectiveness, and emerging trends to enhance marketing efforts.
  • CRM and Automation: Monitor and improve CRM performance. Manage key digital projects such as website launches, marketing automation setups, CRM lead tracking, and AI implementations.
  • Customer Insights: Identify customer needs and optimal segmentation to align account-based marketing efforts across the business.
  • Supplier Management: Manage relationships with key suppliers, including website providers and project-based agency support.
  • Team Development: Lead the learning and development initiatives for digital marketing skills across the department and wider business.
  • Networking and Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies. Network and build business cases for future investment based on industry insights.



Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in driving and nurturing leads in a digital marketing role.
  • Collaboration Skills: Excellent at managing internal teams and third-party agencies.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong background in demand generation, PPC, SEO, social media, CRM, ABM, and customer journey management.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to prioritize tasks and align daily activities with broader business objectives.
  • Creativity and Analysis: Highly creative with strong analytical skills. Up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
  • Holistic View: Maintain an overview of all group marketing within sister companies of Hamlyn Williams
