The E-commerce and Customer Service Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers. This role combines administrative support for our e-commerce operations with front-line customer service responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and possess outstanding communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:


E-commerce Support:

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.

• Collaborate with the internal teams and stores to execute online promotions, sales campaigns, and product launches.

• Monitor website performance and user experience, reporting any issues or areas for improvement.

• Maintain accurate product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing.

Picking and Packing:

• Select and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and care, ensuring that all items are correctly picked, packed, and labeled.

• Coordinate with the logistics to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch.

• Maintain a clean and organised packing area to ensure efficiency and prevent errors.

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Gather customer feedback and insights to help inform product development and service improvements.

Administrative Tasks:

• Support the e-commerce manager with administrative duties such as data entry, report generation, and order tracking.

• Assist in coordinating with third-party vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
