We are looking for a dedicated and motivated all-rounder with lifestyle brand experience. While leading the team and marketing activity, this role is very hands-on, and you will need to be able to execute day-to-day work in a fast-paced environment alongside ensuring the team and brand are supported and managed in all aspects of marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the Mutt brand across B2C and B2B channels.
  • Lead planning and execution of engaging marketing campaigns and events, including SEO/SEM, database marketing, and social media activities.
  • Manage our e-commerce platform, including website design and content updates.
  • Oversee all social media accounts and maintain a consistent brand presence.
  • Innovate and implement growth strategies across all marketing channels.
  • Analyse performance metrics and optimise marketing activities for ROI.
  • Manage brand PR and media relations to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Coordinate with dealers and distributors to support marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain a cohesive brand voice and tone across all channels.
  • Communicate marketing plans and activities with the senior team.
  • Supervise design production and collaborate with agencies and partners.
  • Coordinate product and lifestyle photography and film production.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide insights for strategic planning.


Key Skills & Experience

  • Extensive marketing experience, particularly in social media and digital marketing within lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record in leading and managing marketing campaigns, events, and projects.
  • Demonstrable expertise in brand PR development and delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience across major social media platforms for campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in web and marketing analytics tools, including Google Analytics.
  • Strong background in day-to-day marketing operations and activities.
  • Experience managing design processes for marketing materials.
  • Proficient in website content management and relevant technologies.
  • Budget development and management for marketing, events, and PR.
  • Ability to analyse trends and insights to optimise marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in identifying target audiences and creating engaging campaigns.
  • Experience in photoshoot and film production is desirable.

Additional Information

This role may involve some travel, including overnight stays. As such, it is desirable that you can travel as needed.
