Purpose:

  • To ensure the safe implementation of Fabric Maintenance (FM) scopes of work to the client assigned HUB.
  • Interface between HUB FP, Client Planning Teams and Altrad Delivery Teams to ensure all required scopes are captured and appropriately shared.


Key Duties

Reporting to HUB FP as primary point of contact for all Fabric Maintenance work within the allocated group of assets for which have been assigned. Providing technical coordination, coordinating offshore surveys, the identification of materials, plant & equipment requirements to perform the work and supporting planning & execution of FM type activities.

Manage FM scope development and execution, taking corrective actions where necessary to ensure performance of the team meets expectations, that the plan is maintained, that all changes are tracked, and that the quality is in accordance with the specified standards.

Support the Hub Focal Point in the management of budgets by ensuring effective cost control and any changes which may impact budgets, are swiftly communicated to ensure they are captured accordingly.

Manage scope closeout with the updating of Client/Own FM Tools to ensure the work has been fully completed to the requirements identified within the work Record, and that the quality of the work is in accordance with the specified standards.

Update anomalies within Client Anomaly Management System to ensure planning dates are aligned, WO's are linked and completed anomalies are closeout accordingly


Safety

Consistently recognise good HSE behaviours and performance and tackle poor HSE performance.

Support Altrad Management visits to the worksite to ensure compliance and discuss HSE and performance issues with teams.

Support the Behavioural safety programme across Client sites and encourage teams to participate as well.

Take personal action to improve HSE performance by showing enthusiasm, decisiveness and support.


Prime duties & Responsibilities

The main duties of the role fall into the following categories:

  1. Collaborate in the creation of all FM programmes, liaising with Client FM & Integrity Function for the identification, selection and prioritisation of the work.
  2. Establish FM/PFP requirements based on anomaly findings and create Work Records ensuring clarity of scope requirements, boundaries, assumptions and exceptions are provided together with relevant supporting documentation.
  3. Ensure repair methodology considers life of field, is 'fit for purpose' and provides best value' aligned to Client FM Repair Strategy
  4. Create TQ's where a requirement in a deviation to specification has been identified.
  5. Manage the development of SAM Work Records ensuring proposed repair methodology is in accordance with the relevant Client specifications, standards & procedures.
  6. Establish a work execution plan that optimises effectiveness throughout the campaign, ensuring the FM Tracker reflects the scheduling of the work
  7. Coordinate the development and preparation of the work scopes ensuring readiness criteria is met in accordance with Client WEP process.
  8. Communicate with site teams team goals and promote high standards of workmanship and specific work instructions.
  9. Ensure provision of technical support to offshore & onshore teams across all disciplines
  10. Support HUB FP at contract kick-off and review meetings for scopes as required.
  11. Review Daily Reports to confirm accuracy of reporting, progress to date and timesheet allocation.
  12. Ensure all Plant and Material orders are aligned to the client plan and shipping schedules, managing utilisation, change out requirements and stock control.
  13. Review QAQC documentation for accuracy and compliance prior to close out in SAMs and Client Systems.
  14. Support HUB FP Commercially, for the delivery and performance of all FM and related work scopes including PO allocations and forecasting monthly
  15. Support HUB FP with preparation and presentation of FM related reports for HUB including weekly SAMs development items, QAQC verifications, monthly client report and Quarterly CPM.
  16. Create, schedule & maintain Maximo Workorders in accordance with Client WEP process liaising with Client Asset Planning Team to ensure the IAP reflects the work and to provide readiness assurance.
  17. Support the Hub Focal Point with the creation of CTR's to ensure all resources required to perform the work have been captured accordingly.
  18. Support cross HUB delivery where work load and absences identify need.


Qualifications/Experience:

Proven experience of managing work scopes and planning activities.

  • Good working knowledge of core disciplines ie scaffolding, painting, insulation, passive fire protection and use of Rope Access Techniques
  • Appreciation of specialist disciplines i.e. Specialist Cleaning, Rigging and Lifting.
  • APM Qualification Preferred
