Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels including PPC, SEO, display advertising, social media, and affiliate marketing.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to align performance marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and CPA.
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate and refine campaign elements including ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to measure and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs to stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Track and report on budget spend and financial performance of campaigns.

Qualifications:
- Education:

- Experience:
