Your responsibilities will include:


  • Building relationships with relevant target customers
  • Nurturing leads through the full sales process to convert them to customers
  • Driving sales growth for the business against target KPIs
  • Building a deep understanding of the product and how it adds value to our target customers
  • Attending in-person industry events to build awareness for the company
  • Driving sales effectiveness & efficiency through tools, systems and processes
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence
  • Working with lead generation tools to optimise performance
  • Building out and coaching a highly effective sales team


Minimum Experience:


  • Minimum of 5 years within B2B/SaaS sales
  • Target-oriented with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets as an individual and leader
  • Experience in building out and executing data-led sales plans
  • A motivated self-starter who thrives on taking ownership to deliver KPIs including customer growth and ARR
  • Fluent in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Deep understanding of the beauty industry and current market dynamics
  • Experience in an early stage venture-backed business
  • Keen interest in AI and how it can improve the customer experience


We offer:


  • Up to £50,000 base salary + commission
  • Full remote working, with regular industry events (typically London-based)
