The Role

This isn’t just a sales job — it’s your chance to build a career. As a Business Sales Executive, you’ll handle inbound inquiries while chasing down outbound warm opportunities created by our marketing team. Whether you’re chatting with landscape gardeners or reaching out to big commercial buyers, you’ll be building relationships, closing deals, and creating loyal customers.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Inbound Sales: Be the friendly expert customers love by guiding them to the perfect product and upselling with confidence.
  • Outbound Sales: Pick up the phone, connect with potential clients, and bring them on board with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Build Relationships: You’re not just selling — you’re creating partnerships. Trade clients will come to trust you as their go-to for all things hedging.
  • Work Smarter: Use our CRM system to track leads and keep deals moving. Learn from your team and share ideas.
  • Win Big: Hit monthly targets, celebrate success, and earn big rewards with our uncapped commission scheme.
