You will be instrumental in supporting various marketing initiatives across the business, working with multiple stakeholders. Your strong project management skills will be essential for managing the day-to-day workload with our agency partner, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to briefs, budgets, and brand guidelines. Multilingual abilities, particularly in French, Italian, Dutch, or German, would be advantageous.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with optimising Google Ads and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Monitor and grow online engagement through various digital channels.
  • Update the group website to ensure it remains current, relevant, and engaging.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and generate actionable insights.
  • Support the planning and execution of group wide marketing campaigns.
  • Organise and manage product assets for easy accessibility and upkeep.
  • Manage marketing assets and content across platforms.
  • Coordinate campaigns, timelines, and marketing department activities.
  • Participate in and support the organisation of industry events and trade shows.
  • Manage the marketing calendar and communicate updates to the business.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of business KPIs and objectives.


Additional Duties:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (setup, tracking, reporting).
  • Ensure marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and company objectives.
  • Provide administrative support (scheduling meetings, managing project timelines).
  • Contribute to meetings and brainstorming sessions with creative input.
  • Maintain customer databases and utilise information for marketing purposes.
  • Assist in developing and evaluating email marketing campaigns (content creation, list management).
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is desirable.
  • Previous experience in a marketing role or internship is a plus but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and handle briefs efficiently in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and content management systems (preferably WordPress) is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficiency in multimedia software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strong problem solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
