Job Description

Rise Group is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. As a valued member of the team, you will work on a variety of Marketing activities, which include content creation, social media management, website management and email marketing.

The role will suit a recent graduate looking to learn and experience a variety of digital marketing principles in an expanding team with exciting growth ambitions in the next 12 months.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Rise Group Marketing Manager to deliver campaigns that impact revenue generation across multiple different brands within the group 
  • Create content for use across organic and paid social media 
  • Assist with updating and maintaining our websites using Wix and Wordpress 
  • Assist with the implementation of Marketing automation through our CRM (HubSpot)  
  • Writing and editing content for website copy, landing pages, blogs, social media posts, and email campaigns 
  • Design, create, launch and analyze the success of email marketing campaigns
  • Day to day management of social media channels, including planning and content creation 
  • Adhoc Marketing duties 

 

Requirements:

Must-haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Spent some time as part of a marketing team or similar through an industry placement or internship as part of your degree.
  • A willingness to learn and understand Digital Marketing principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects at once and prioritise your own time
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills 
  • High attention to detail 
  • Skilled in grammar, punctuation, and spelling, proofreading, and fact checking 
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) 


Desirable but not essential:

  • Prior use of email marketing software
  • Previous CRM Experience (HubSpot preferred) 
  •  Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
