Operations Manager – Global Executive Search Firm

Role Overview: As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's continued growth by assisting in day-to-day operations and project coordination. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in operations management, with exposure to both strategic and hands-on operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiating & Drafting Terms: Work on negotiating and drafting terms of business with suppliers and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Project Coordination: Help coordinate various business projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Meeting Coordination: Organise and schedule off-site and on-site meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Supplier Engagement: Regularly meet with suppliers to maintain strong working relationships and ensure smooth operations.
- Technology Evaluation: Assist in evaluating the firm's technology stack, recommending tools and systems that improve operational efficiency.
- Learning & Development Plans: Prepare and implement L&D plans for new consultants, helping them integrate and develop in their roles.
- Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Collaboration with COO: Work closely with the COO and operational team, attending regular meetings to discuss performance, processes, and improvements.
- Office Management: Contribute to the day-to-day management of office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a commercial environment, ideally within executive search.
- Degree-educated (2.1 Honours or above).
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and video conferencing tools.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
