Position Overview:


As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be the first member of our dedicated sales and marketing team. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our sales and marketing strategies and initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing plans that drive growth, enhance our brand presence, generate leads through social media and other digital channels, and support our mortgage brokers in increasing their sales volumes.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales and Marketing Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
  • Lead Generation: Manage and optimize social media campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate closely with our mortgage brokers to develop strategies and materials that support and increase their sales volumes.
  • Content Creation: Write, design, and manage compelling sales and marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, brochures, and social media content.
  • Branding: Enhance and manage the company's brand identity across all channels.
  • Growth Strategies: Identify and implement new opportunities for business growth and market expansion.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Self-Motivation & Initiative: Demonstrate a proactive and self-driven approach to all sales and marketing tasks and projects.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Experience: Extensive experience in sales and marketing, with a strong focus on social media lead generation and management. Experience in the financial services sector is essential.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record in supporting sales teams and driving sales growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the financial services industry and its unique sales and marketing challenges and opportunities.
  • Content Writing: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive sales and marketing content.
  • Design & Content Management: Proficiency in designing sales and marketing materials and managing content across various platforms.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing growth strategies.
  • Branding: Proven experience in building and managing brand identity.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with sales and marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems).
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative: Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
