  • Manage and report on risks and mitigations to the various steering groups.
  • Track and report on the progress of the transformation program, demonstrating tangible value and ROI.

Where you will report

The role will sit within our central management team and on a project-by-project basis will take direction from a named steering committee and practice group, regional or functional head.

The firm has a mature approach to performance management where feedback is sought from the key stakeholders you've worked with over a defined period.

How You'll Grow

We are committed to investing and supporting your personal and professional development. In addition to a range of top class programs focussed on leadership, growth, and development you will be working closely with the senior leaders across the firm. You'll be assigned a dedicated mentor to help guide and support you, ensure you integrate quickly into the firm and can navigate and get access to the resources you need to deliver.
