As a result of this they are offering the opportunity for a seasoned professional to join their leadership team as a Part-Time Transformation Director. This role is ideal for an experienced strategist who thrives in an advisory capacity and is passionate about driving organizational change.


Role Overview:

As the Transformation Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring the successful implementation of key transformation initiatives. This is a flexible, ad-hoc role, requiring just 5-10 hours per week with your insights and expertise helping guide the leadership team as they navigate complex challenges and seize new opportunities in the commodity trading space.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic advice on transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall vision and growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and innovation within operations.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of transformation plans, ensuring milestones are met and goals achieved.
  • Offer guidance on change management, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of significant organizational change.
  • Leverage industry insights to recommend best practices and emerging trends in commodity trading.
  • Act as a mentor to key stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strategic thinking.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Transformation Director, Strategic Advisor, or similar role within the commodity trading sector.
  • Strong background in leading large-scale transformation initiatives with measurable success.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
