Senior National Account Manager - Grocery


This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and ambitious Senior National Account Manager to join the market leader in kids chilled meals and one of the fastest growing ready meals brands in the UK, working on our biggest customers, with direct account and P&L ownership.


The Role


  • Account management and P&L responsibility for our Grocery customers.
  • Negotiate and agree JBPs with key accounts that support mutual and sustainable growth.
  • Responsible for the sell in and negotiation of key NPD projects.
  • Act as the key internal stakeholder to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Work cross functional to deliver best in class shopper marketing plans to support category growth.
  • Support on relevant new business development opportunities.


About You


  • Minimum of 5 years industry experience in a FMCG business working with Grocery Multiples.
  • Experience managing JBPs and retailer negotiations to support sustainable business growth.
  • Natural relationship builder with excellent communication.
  • Highly analytical strategic thinker with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Resilient and tenacious with a challenger brand mentality.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities
  • Self-starter
  • Comfortable working in a small company environment – hands-on, flexible, loves working as part of a team and using initiative.
