Our client are an industry leading experiential and shopper marketing agency who manage all in-store and out-of-store experiential events and activations for some of the most well known FMCG and retail brands.Role PurposeThey're now looking for a commercially driven, creatively minded Account Director with a passion for experiential marketing, social-first storytelling, and retail innovation. You'll lead the strategic development and delivery of immersive brand experiences for major clients. From in-store activations to integrated experiential and social campaigns, you'll bring brands to life while identifying new business opportunities, leading pitches, and growing account value.Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Account DevelopmentOwn and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, managing relationships independentlyIdentify opportunities to increase spend and expand services through strategic account planningConfidently lead client meetings, presentations, and budget discussionsDevelop proposals and solutions aligned to client objectives, brand strategy, and market insightExceed agreed revenue and growth targets while managing objections effectivelySales, Pitches & CommercialsArticulate their proposition with confidence and impactLead and contribute to pitches, proposals, and creative briefsManage complex quotations, margins, and financial processes, supporting junior team membersInternal CollaborationAct as a key contact across Experiential and Smart Mass Sampling teamsWork closely with Creative, Marketing, and Campaign Management to deliver high-quality work on time and on budgetEnsure clear communication of KPIs, timelines, and commercial requirementsLeadershipCoach and support junior team members, leading by exampleChampion collaborative working across departments and maintain strong internal relationshipsExperience & SkillsProven account management experience, ideally within an experiential agencyStrong track record of client growth and new business developmentExcellent presentation, communication, and organisational skillsCommercially astute, collaborative, and able to manage multiple clients simultaneouslyConsistent history of achieving targets and identifying growth opportunities.
