Job DescriptionCapula, part of the Dalkia Group, delivers some of the UK’s most complex and high‑value systems contracts to major clients in the Nuclear Industry. Our portfolio spans multi‑million‑pound turnkey solutions — from PLC/SCADA technology to hardwired safety systems — covering every stage from requirements definition through to commissioning and ongoing support.We’re looking for someone who’s ready to take the next step in their career and grow into a Project Scheduler / Planning Coordinator role. If you’ve worked in project support, administration, or coordination and want to build expertise in project planning, this is your chance to join a team where you’ll learn from experienced professionals while contributing to projects that make a real impact. What You’ll DoSupport the Operations Manager in developing project controls, tools, and reports.Work with Project Managers to build and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 (training provided).Help maintain project databases, compliance records, and H&S documentation.Liaise with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to keep projects on track.Report on progress, performance, and resource utilisation.Receive coaching and mentoring to develop your planning skills and confidence. What We’re Looking ForSome experience in project environments (e.g., administration, coordination, or support).Interest in project planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) — training will be provided.Strong organisational and communication skills.Analytical mindset and willingness to learn.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Eligible for SC clearance.Nice to have (but not essential):Exposure to NEC contracts, risk management, or project controls.Experience with reporting, resource allocation, or supply chain coordination.
