Job DescriptionRole: Regional Clinical Services ManagerType: PermanentSalary: Up to £56,000 per annum, depending on experienceLocation: Remote with regional travel (South East Coast of England - (within 1 hour of Brighton)iO Associates are partnering with a leading provider of advanced diagnostic imaging solutions who are looking for a Regional Clinical Services Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis. You'll play a key role in supporting and leading clinical teams, ensuring services are safe, efficient, and fully compliant with regulatory standards.This is an exciting chance to join a forward-thinking company during a period of growth, working alongside passionate colleagues who are dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop clinical teams to achieve high performanceIdentify opportunities to improve patient care and overall service deliveryWork closely with Sales and Operations teams to strengthen services and support partnershipsEnsure all services are safe, compliant, and meet regulatory standards (CQC, IRMER/IRR)Oversee day-to-day service operations, including patient flow, staff scheduling, and resource managementBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsSkills:Clinical background in Radiography or RadiologyMinimum of 5 years' relevant experience in a healthcare setting with leadership responsibilitiesStrong communication and relationship management skillsExperience with clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and quality frameworks preferredFamiliar with running services efficiently, including scheduling and budget awarenessHighly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple prioritiesComfortable working independently and travelling regularly to customer sitesReady for a change in the New Year?
