Alongside the usual post-completion matters, you’ll run your own smaller files, while also supporting senior fee earners on more complex transactions.Expect to gain experience across areas such as lease work for landlords and tenants, title investigations, finance matters, and client meetings. You’ll also have the chance to work closely with charitable landowners, developers, institutional lenders, investors, and insolvency practitioners – giving you a truly varied client base and exposure to different sectors.The EnvironmentThe firm is known for striking the right balance: a modern, forward-looking outlook combined with a friendly and approachable culture. You’ll feel part of a supportive team, with senior lawyers who are genuinely invested in helping you progress.Although hybrid working is well established across the firm, during your first six months you’ll be office-based for at least four days a week.
