Today, we are a 100+ strong team who are multilingual and specialize in transacting all types of property in Dubai and making sure our clients enjoy a smooth and straightforward process that is tailored to their needs.

We are on the lookout for our next top brokers to join the team and with the current market trends, this is the perfect opportunity to begin your own life-changing journey in sunny Dubai.

A few responsibilities would include:

- Finding clients through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations
- Responding to the changing needs of buyers and sellers
- Regularly updating yourself on the latest market trends and informing clients accordingly
- Conducting property valuations
- Meeting clients for viewings
- Maintaining an up-to-date database
- Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell
- Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients

Property Consultant Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, ideally within real estate or car sales
- Ability to be quick on your feet, strong negotiation tactics and great interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic, with excellent customer service focus
- Excellent written and communication skills in English
- Punctual, well presented and honest

**Hours: Full time**

**Commission based role**

**Location: Dubai Marina, Dubai, U.A.E**

Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
