Job DescriptionAre you a results-oriented sales professional eager to progress your career in 2026?GMP Recruitment is delighted to be working with a highly regarded, award-winning legal practice that is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their growing team. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the firm’s ongoing growth and commercial success.The role is predominantly office-based and focused on telephone activity. After successfully completing the probation period, hybrid working arrangements can be offered. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with a competitive salary dependent on experience and an attractive bonus scheme.Key Responsibilities:• Proactively convert and follow up on quotes to secure new business and meet agreed annual targets via both phone and email.• Engage with new introducers, as directed by the Business Development Director, to promote the firm’s services and support the expansion of its market presence.• Work towards defined objectives, including arranging new business meetings.Skills & Experience Required:• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.• Confident telephone manner with a strong focus on client care and empathy.• Excellent organisational and time management capabilities.• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also using your own initiative and performing well under pressure.• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.The successful candidate is expected to start in early 2026.If the above role sounds perfect for you, or you require more information, please click apply or contact GMP Recruitment directly.GMP Recruitment are recruiting for this role on behalf of their client and are acting as an Employment Agency
