Job summary Full time (Part-time working of minimum of 4 days a week will be considered) Gloucestershire Health and Care is seeking an enthusiastic colleague to join the team as Executive Business Assistant to provide proactive, trusted and highly confidential support to our Chief Executive across the range of their responsibilities. You will coordinate business activities, manage high level meetings and events, handle complex correspondence, prepare briefings and analysis, and undertake projects and research to ensure the Chief Executive's priorities are delivered effectively. The role requires a personable, professional candidate who can work effectively with colleagues at all levels, whilst holding overall responsibility for the running of the CEO's office. You will bring intelligent analysis to situations and issues, excellent writing skills and enjoy the challenge of dealing with multiple conflicting priorities in limited time. In return, you will gain a unique insight into a broad range of operational, strategic and policy issues and work within a friendly and ambitious team. Prepare internal and external briefings, papers and presentations, undertaking research and data analysis as necessary. Communication Manage the communication of highly confidential and sensitive information with internal and external stakeholders ensuring that messages and relations contribute positively to the Trust's reputation and credibility. Productive workflow Proactively manage the Chief Executive's communications and workflow, initiating and taking action independently, bringing urgent matters to their attention, solving problems independently and using own initiative. Project Coordination Undertake and coordinate projects and research assignments and other administrative duties as requested by the Chief Executive. Governance support Responsible for the co‑ordination of formal committee meetings, including drafting agendas, collating and proof‑reading reports, preparing presentations and taking minutes.
