With offices in London, Zurich, Munich, Bermuda and Tokyo we manage in excess of USD 9.5 billion in assets primarily in Catastrophe (Cat) Bonds and other Insurance-Linked Securities (ILS).THE ROLE We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist to join our Marketing & Client Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating client requests and onboarding processes and, acting as a central point of contact between clients, the Sales team, and the Fund’s Transfer Agent to ensure a seamless client experience.MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES Central Client Request Management :Coordinate incoming client requests that are not directly handled by Sales, ensuring they are resolved promptly and accurately.Dealing Support :Act as the primary liaison between clients and the Transfer Agent when required.Assist clients with account openings, subscriptions, and redemptions ensuring all required documentation is complete and that fund procedures are followed accurately.Asset Booking and Reconciliation :Support the accurate booking and reconciliation of client holdings in Twelve Securis CRM system.PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS 3-4 years’ of experience in fund operations, client service, or transfer agency within asset management or the broader financial services industry.Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, both internally and externally.Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.Collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Knowledge of subscription and redemption processes, and fund dealing procedures, is highly desirable.Eligibility to work in the UK.Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage but not essential.WHAT WE OFFER Opportunity to work in a fast-growing segment of the asset management industry.International, inclusive, and dynamic work environment in a company that values innovation and initiative.Professional development and growth opportunities.EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES At Twelve Securis, we champion equal opportunities, recognising and valuing the distinct contributions each individual offers.
