Here are some of the perks and rewards.A competitive salary and benefits package (including but not limited to pension plan, bonus scheme, and Life Assurance) Generous holiday entitlement, with option to 'buy' or 'sell'A focus on continued personal developmentPaid time off work for volunteering in the communityAccess to our Employee Assistance Programme, which helps promote and support a healthy lifestyleWhat You'll DoResponsible for the daily planning and scheduling of Technician's work on customer sitesResponsible for planning for Field Technicians from 3 UK depotsOrganise onsite inductions for the Technicians Responsible for the allocation of labour across sites for emergency breakdowns, preventative maintenance, installations and decommissionsIdentify and allocate the correct Technician to the assignment, and ensure on-time deliveryLiaise with depots and Service Managers across the businessProvide a first-class customer service experience, both internally and externallySupport all departments with administrative or organisational tasks, etcYou'll Have The Following Skills And ExperienceExperience working in a fast-paced reactive environmentAbility to plan, organise and prioritise own workWell-developed interpersonal skillsAbility to work under own initiative and as part of a teamAttention to detail and deadlinesComputer literate and knowledge of Systems- preferably with experience of MS Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel and Salesforce.Self-driven with strong communication and people skillsBring your energy.
