**The Role**

As our Research Coordinator you will provide support to the Strategic Insights team across all customer and market research activities. The role will involve coordination of research and team activities, alongside supporting research analysis and dissemination. Your work will enable delivery of research activities on time and budget, with a customer first ethos and delivery of exceptional customer experience for research participants.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Coordinate research communications plan.
- Support Research Managers to communicate key research findings, including blogging, sharing research on Connect (the CIPD intranet) and sharing results with teams across the business.
- Extract soundbites and video clips from research activities.
- Maintain research insight bank ensuring it’s up to date and widely shared.
- Support Research Managers with market research activities as required (for example desktop research of competitor activity).
- Monitor progress of research activities, keeping the team research project schedule up to date, identifying any schedule conflicts or delays and flagging to research managers.
- Ensure team research templates and processes are up to date and can be accessed by the business (e.g. research brief)
- Coordinate the team risk register, working with team members to identify and capture risks.
- Process invoices and support the Senior Manager to track the team budget.
- Safely store research contracts and associated material.
- Act as the GDPR champion for the team, liaising with the legal team as needed to ensure research activities are compliant.
- Book and coordinate team travel if required.
- Demonstrate CIPD’s values and the ‘Be Your Best’ approach to ensure excellent personal leadership and teamwork.
- Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, including Marketing, Employer Solutions, Research, and Digital and Technology teams.

**What You’ll Need To Be Successful**
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent IT and digital skills (i.e. Microsoft packages)
- Excellent analytical and project coordination skills.
- Demonstratable written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service and teamwork.
- Video editing and survey design skills are desirable.
- Knowledge of research methodologies is desirable.
- An understanding of the People Profession
