**About the role**

We are searching for a driven, proactive, and detail-focused top tier **Business Management Intern**with excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills. This exciting opportunity offers hands-on responsibility, visibility at the executive level, and the chance to contribute to key business initiatives within our Commercial HVAC UK Business.

The internship will provide in-depth experience in business management, financial analysis, operations, and sales performance - enabling you to develop valuable professional skills within a global organisation.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the Carrier Commercial HVAC UK organisation in daily operations.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and market reviews to deliver actionable business insights.
- Assist in resolving business issues through effective use of systems and data.
- Review, plan, and improve business processes, recommending operational enhancements.
- Develop Excel models to estimate costs, benefits, and operational outcomes.
- Support the preparation of business plans, financial budgets, and performance reports.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reviews for senior management.
- Contribute to new initiatives and high-priority projects.
- Shadow senior executives and gain exposure to high-level strategic discussions.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and research skills
- Must be a quick learner and have a desire to gain knowledge
- Once settled in the business, 4 days office / 1 day home working
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential
- Detail-oriented individual with extensive experience using Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organise, direct, and coordinate projects and meetings
- Capable of handling multiple demands and competing priorities
- Ability to work independently after receiving initial guidance
