**The role**
As a Marcomms Coordinator, you will ensure our content marketing platform is up to date and ready to support the planning and execution of campaigns and marketing activity. In this role, you will focus on maintaining and managing the platform’s content, allowing the marketing and communications teams to effectively plan and execute their work. You will be key to ensuring that all content and campaign plans are uploaded, updated, and organised to enable smooth collaboration and project management across the wider team.
**What you’ll be doing**
- Maintaining and updating the content marketing platform (CMP), ensuring that all content, assets, campaign materials and plans are uploaded and easily accessible.
- Ensuring that the platform is equipped with up-to-date content, enabling the marketing and comms teams to plan, execute and monitor campaigns effectively.
- Organising and categorising content on the platform, ensuring all assets are tagged and filed correctly for easy retrieval and future use.
- Working closely with marketing, communications, and design teams to ensure they have the content and assets they need for upcoming projects and campaigns.
- Monitoring intake requests via the CMP platform, such as website and creative requests, fielding to the appropriate team members.
- Uploading and managing digital assets, such as images, videos, and campaign documents, ensuring they are correctly formatted and aligned with our brand.
- Reviewing and updating content regularly, ensuring that all materials meet brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Assisting in tracking content performance by providing reports and insights from the platform, enabling teams to assess the effectiveness of their campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Providing general support to the marketing and communications teams by assisting with campaigns or projects where needed.
**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Some experience in a marketing or communications role or a qualification.
- Understanding of content management systems and digital asset management tools.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a clear overview of platform content.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring that plans are accurately uploaded, formatted, and tagged for easy access.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively within a team and provide support where needed.
- Good communication skills, with a willingness to liaise with various stakeholders to ensure the platform meets the team’s needs.
- A positive and flexible attitude, with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the team and the business.
- Tech savvy with the ability and willingness to learn new systems, tools and platforms.
