We are currently recruiting for a
**Clinical Administrator** to join our busy
**Norfolk Alcohol & Drug Behavioural Change Service **to provide administrative support to the clinical team, in particular ensuring that the prescription process is managed effectively for both service users and staff.

**Hours**:30hrs per week
**Salary**: £22,357 - £23,525 dependent on experience (pro rata for part time)
**About the role**:
- Take the lead role for the generation of prescriptions for the service and work closely with clinical team to ensure that prescriptions are produced in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure adequate supplies of controlled stationery are always available, and that all controlled stationery is received, stored and issued securely in line with legislation and Change Grow Live policy
- Support the Data Admin team in managing the diaries of the Nurses and Doctors Clinic
- Manage an electronic filing system to ensure that client data and information are kept in an orderly and accessible manner
- Support the Lead Nurse by providing data for clinical auditing purposes
- To contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of the service offered to clients and actively involve, engage and consult with service users regarding on-going service developments.
- Ensure that telephone calls from outside agencies, clients and Change Grow Live staff are dealt with promptly and courteously, transferring calls to appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Attend and minute relevant meetings and forums as requested
**About you**:
- Knowledge and experience of general office procedure and administrative duties
- IT literacy including proficiency in data collection systems
- Expertise in working with Word, Excel, and other IT packages
- Experience of maintaining simple databases and other data management systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Sound numerical skills
