**40 hours Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30pm**

We are currently looking for a HR Advisor to join our dynamic and forward-thinking People Team on a full-time permanent basis. You will be skilled in all aspects of employee relations and get involved in our employee engagement work, too. This role will be primarily based at our Vardy Central offices in Eurocentral with a mixture of homebased working once training is complete. You will also be required to travel to your dealerships as an when required by your manager and site.

**What you will do**
- Advising on and facilitating disciplinary issues.
- Resolving long-term absences.
- Supporting and advising on business change
- Offering advice across all departments of your division.
- Working across multiple sites and liaising with employees and managers advising on HR matters.
- Providing employees with support through our welfare process.
- Training managers on all employee relations issues including performance management
- Contribute to the development and improvement of all HR processes
- To build and maintain excellent and effective working relationships with stakeholders by providing commercially credible and robust HR service
- Multi
- skilled across the full HR function from administration to recruitment

To undertake any allocated or ad-hoc HR projects

**What you will need**
- Proven experience in a People/HR Advisor role.
- Ability to work across the full HR function, including managing your own HR administration and supporting with recruitment when need be.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and up to date legislation relating to the entire employee lifecycle and best practices.
- Full driving licence as there will be travel involved in this role (company car included)
- CIPD qualification is desirable, as is the appetite to work towards.
