This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Shifts: Monday - Saturday: 8am - 6pm & Sunday: 8:30am - 5pm Rates of Pay: £12.75 per hour Benefits Your benefits as a Customer Service Advisor are: Competitive hourly rate with weekly pay Full-time hours on a flexible rota Supportive, friendly team environment Free on-site parking Immediate starts available Full training and ongoing support Gain valuable experience with a leading national organisation Day to Day Duties: Your duties as a Customer Service Advisor will be: Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat Handle a variety of customer queries and complaints efficiently Provide accurate information on products and services Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions Achieve individual and team performance targets Essential Skills: The skills you require as a Customer Service Advisor will be: Strong written and verbal communication skills Previous customer service experience (retail, office, or call centre) Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Excellent multitasking and time management abilities Positive, professional, and proactive approach Flexibility to work across required shift patterns, including weekends Desirable Experience: Previous experience in a contact centre or high-volume service role Training: Initial training :Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, for the first3–4 weeks Once trained: Weekend working will be introduced on a rota basis: One full weekend (Saturday & Sunday) One weekend working either SaturdayorSunday Followed by two weekends off This ensures fair rotation and a balanced schedule for all team members.
