We're looking for a Renewable Energy Executive who has a proactive mindset, challenges the way we think about processes, and can get behind a forward-thinking method of completing an array of tasks.

This is a newly created role that will primarily involve supporting the Operations department of the business.

With a focus on the timely completion of tasks to a high standard, the role will involve working with other departments, sub-contractors, and customers to plan and complete solar system projects.

**About the role**

You’ll report to the Installation Manager and will join a newly formed team working closely with colleagues across the business who have touchpoints with our customers, to ensure that we’re consistent with our delivery.

You’ll be expected to be able to, or willing to learn how to, complete an array of office-based operational and logistic tasks, and contribute towards ongoing projects with the delivery of solar system installations.

The role encompasses a broad range of operational, customer-focused, and administrative responsibilities including:
Planning; be able to proactively plan, and allocate workload through the use of a planning system.

System management; ensure that all of our systems are always up to date with the most current information concerning your tasks.

Sub-contractor management; build up and maintain positive relationships with our sub-contractors whilst keeping them updated with their forecasted workload.

Reporting; provide weekly reports to the management team updating them on your KPIs.

**About you**

Experience in a similar role and/or qualifications in renewable energy or operations would be ideal - however, if you believe you have what it takes, don’t deter.

- *£20,000 - £22,000 per year
