**Location**: 4 Rylands St, Warrington WA1 1EN (10-minute walk from train link)

**Hours**: Monday - Friday 08:30-17:00

**Salary**: £32,000 + yearly bonus

**Job description and responsibilities;**

**Develop Marketing Strategies**:

- Create marketing strategies that drive growth and support Purely Energy's development in the energy broker sector.
- Research competitors, customer needs, and market trends to find new opportunities for growth.
- Develop short
- and long-term marketing plans with clear, with a target of 15-20 high value leads per month from Social/ videos or newsletter.

**Campaign Execution**:

- Work close with internal teams to make sure campaigns run on time and meet expectations.
- Track campaign performance, gather insights, and use this data to improve future campaigns.

**Event Management**:

- Plan and manage industry events, exhibitions, roadshows etc. to promote Purely Energy.
- Handle event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes.

**Budget Management**:

- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that spending aligns with goals and remains within limits.
- Make sure resources are allocated effectively to drive lead generation and maximise marketing impact.

**Content Creation**:

- Develop a strategy to support lead generation, raise brand awareness, and drive engagement.
- Ensure all content aligns with Purely Energy's brand and marketing objectives.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- A degree in Marketing or proven experience is required

**Preferred Experience and Skills**:

- Brand Management
- Experience of social media management and content creation.
- B2B marketing experience, particularly in the energy or utilities sector.
- Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to work well with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally with a track record of running successful campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Knowledge or the willingness to learn about UK energy regulations, energy efficiency, and related initiatives.
- Adaptability and a proactive attitude towards continuous learning.
- Some experience with lead generation programs and CRM systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £32,000.00 per year
